Very good experience with Kyle and KB pressure washing. Pretty phenomenal results. As a home inspector we see roofs that are in need of attention all the time, very much all of the time. When algae grows on a roof he can retain moisture and cause serious damage to decking under the roof shingles. Kyle and his team have developed a process and a product that washes all that garbage away and extended the life of your roof. If you have recently had a roofing company tell you that you need a new roof call this dude first and see if you can save yourself several thousands of dollars.

Driveway was a mess and needed to be resealed. I had KB Pressure Washing come and clean my driveway before the sealing company came. He did a great job getting the muck off the driveway. Fast, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him and will use him again when my driveway needs to be sealed again.

Kyle is so incredibly professional and reasonably priced. We had him pressure wash our house and driveway, and to pressure wash, clean, brighten, and stain our very large porch. He was very communicative and showed up exactly when he said he would. Due to constant rain, we continued to have to reschedule the deck staining, but he was flexible and remained in touch throughout the entire process. He wouldn't take payment until the job was complete and was adamant about seeing the job through despite the weather delays we experienced. Of the FOUR estimates I received, he was by far the most reasonable and the most professional. I have already recommended him to everyone I know! I absolutely will use him in the future for all of my pressure washing/deck staining needs!

A really nice job on pressure washing my back deck and doing the siding on my house I would recommend anyone to use them at any time the guy spoke with was very professional and polite.
Our HOA hired KB Pressure Washing to chemically clean all of our townhomes, 23 total. He finished days before he said he would; he and his helper were hard workers. Kyle met with me & our VP in the bidding phase, and we both felt Kyle was the best choice professionally, in thoroughness of explaining the cleaning process, and he listened to our needs. He also was incredibly reasonable. There is no question in our minds that we chose correctly for the neighborhood, and that we will use him again.
They did an excellent job cleaning several of our buildings that had been neglected for several years. They were so bad I didn't think they would come very clean, but they got them to a state that exceeded our expectations.

Professionalism, punctual, quick to respond, very reasonable pricing and excellent work! I hired Kyle after waiting almost 3 weeks on another company to just give me a price and time they could do my job. Both the owner and his son came out and looked at my job two weeks apart! To date I still haven’t heard from them! I called Kyle on Monday and he was here on Tuesday to give me a estimate and completed my job on Thursday. I was his 4th job of the day and you would have thought I was the 1st. He is a no messing around and get the job done kinda guy! He pressure washed my back patio area, pool deck area, all patio furniture, and driveway in 2 1/2 hrs with excellent results! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
